Race Description:
For information only:
The Burn Valley half marathon is a scenic and demanding races. After a break of several years the race is now being organised by Ripon Runners and, as in previous years, it starts and finishes in the market town of Masham – the gateway to Wensleydale.
Unfortunately due to low demand the race was cancelled for 2022.
The course is run entirely on minor roads. Starting in Masham market square and taking you through the grounds of Swinton Castle, one of our main sponsors, the course then follows the picturesque Burn Valley.
