Race Description:

The Grasmere Gallop partnered with the OMM Festival, offers a trail running weekend based in Grasmere, in the Lake District. There are various distances including 5.7km, 10km, 17km, 42km fully way marked trail races plus a 10km nordic walking challenge and the all important Teddy Dash!

The stunning trail route loops around Grasmere and neighbouring valleys with epic views including Alcock Tarn, Rydal Hall, Loughrigg Tarn, Loughrigg summit, Rydal caves, Great Langdale Valley, Stickle Tarn and Easedale Tarn.

The route is a challenging one, with approximately 6252 feet of ascent, but you’ll be rewarded with a great Lakeland day out, a locally made Langdale slate medal and of course, cake…

Please note there is a mandatory kit list required in order to be able to take part in this race.
